How does email lookup by name work?
You provide a full name and company domain. emailfinder.dev generates every plausible email pattern for that person (first.last@, flast@, firstlast@ etc.) and verifies each one against the company's live mail server via SMTP. It returns the pattern that the mail server confirms is active.
Can I look up emails in bulk?
Yes. All endpoints support 1,000 requests per minute with atomic credit deduction, so parallel bulk lookups work reliably. You can process a list of names, domains, or LinkedIn URLs programmatically and write results back to your CRM or spreadsheet.
How is email lookup different from email search?
Email lookup starts with a known identity (a person's name, a LinkedIn URL, a role) and returns their email.
